Pam is a patient moving and handling consultant with a particular interest in conducting person-centred moving and handling assessments and the design and implementation of work specific strategies, with more than 30 years’ experience of designing and delivering training courses to the public, private, voluntary and charitable sectors, including health, social care and education.

Pam is a founding Director of Work Fit Moving and Handling Solutions Ltd where she is the National Training Manager which involves designing and managing bespoke training courses for both the NHS and the private sector.

Pam has written many Expert Reports regarding long term quantum for ongoing manual handling needs following catastrophic injuries.

5 day trainers’ course which enables the participant to design and deliver in house moving and handling courses for their own staff.
