Pam is the author of many expert reports, both regarding long term manual handling needs, and in cases of

personal injury as a result of an alleged manual handling incidents. She has written reports for both the

defendant and the claimant. Pam has also appeared in court on a few occasions when these cases have not

settled. Pam is listed on the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists approved list of experts and is also on the

UK register of Expert Witnesses.

 

Pam works with her husband, Brian Simpson in their legal practice at the Physiotherapy Health Centre Ltd,

Ipswich. Brian is a well renowned clinician who writes expert reports on all areas of orthopaedics and sports

rehabilitation.
